If you have found this page through a search you are probably an internet marketer or entrepreneur. You may have tried every MLM under the sun. Don’t worry, many of us have. The sad thing is, is that many of the heavy hitting companies have outstanding programs. The biggest issue I have had time after time are my enrollees staying the course. It is also difficult to find individuals who are just as excited about the opportunity as I am and remain that way.

The only way you will ever become successful in any MLM business is to enroll enough people who are willing to stay and build the business. This is really the only problem you have. And it is a huge problem. From my experience most of my enrollees really want it bad. Unfortunately, it is only a matter of time before they loose interest. Not only do they loose interest, but it becomes such a financial burden they couldn’t stay in even if they wanted. to.

After every MLM venture in my dusty past, I always stated the same thing. “Never Agian.” But, it wasn’t long before my entrepreneurial spirit got a hold of me again. Even as I write here, there is all sorts of product setting around from my previous past. I just went ahead and made up my mind that I would enjoy the product I bought and savor every discounted sip. See that helps.

Now, savings and discounts is what inspired this article. A very good company and program changed my thinking about MLM. There are three apparent reasons why I got involved in the this great venture. First, it is very cheap to get started. Cheap in a good way. It will only cost $70.00 your first month and $20.00 a month after that to infinity and beyond. Now think about this. If it is only $20.00 a month and you can afford that, shouldn’t your downline members too. This is a program that anyone can afford to stay in financially.

I am also a huge saver. This program does not require you buy traditional products like juice or wellness items. Instead, you get access to a gigantic network of discounts for 175,000 or more worldwide stores. These discounts are for top name businesses and are for products you are going to buy anyway. I love to take advantage of the buy one get one free coupons when my girl and I go out to eat. The last great thing about this company is the compensation plan for those who decide to take advantage of the business opportunity.

If your an MLM “want to be” or experienced network marketer, take a few minutes to learn about this program. The membership allows me to pocket a little savings every time I go to the grocery store. I found a 50% off oil change coupon several days ago. $29.99 suddenly gets chopped to $14.99. If you do this once or twice a month at all the places you normally shop, your $20.00 a month contribution is making you money without enrolling the first person.

The simplicity and value of this MLM program should be apparent by now. Being able to save on countless items all through the month and eventually earn a huge residual income is better than any other system I can think of. Just remember, you get all this for $20.00 a month after your initial investment.

Many people are affected by the recession that’s hit so hard. They are without jobs and struggling to make ends meet. New sources of income are necessary, and they’re busy seeking them.

One lucrative idea is to start an online business. Being an online clothes wholesaler is a nice business to start because people will always need clothes and will try to buy them inexpensively.

Some people may be interested in selling wholesale clothes, but they may not have the means to rent or own a store. So without doubt, the next best option for such people is opting for selling wholesale clothes online. Though you may not have a visible store made of brick or mortar, you could still have one on your website. Whether it is concrete or abstract, it is still yours. You can offer a wide range of clothes for babies, children, teenagers, women and men. The online market site eBay could be utilized by you for conducting a brisk online wholesale clothes sale business.

You can do an online search for a wholesale directory. Then you can write to the individual wholesalers and choose one who’s reputable. Be sure to do your research on this so you don’t get scammed.

It should be reasonably easy for you to get clothes at a very reasonable price. This means that you’ll still be able to sell your clothes at a cheap rate even in light of a good profit margin. Remember that competition is steep, so don’t try and stiff potential customers with high prices, or your business won’t succeed.

Another important thing that you could give a thought to is going into the wholesale drop ship business. Try to get a wholesale drop shipper for a partner. This would be advantageous to you in several ways. You need not keep an inventory as the wholesaler will do it for you. You don’t have to anything else. It is enough if you just list out the products on your online market site.

Running a drop ship wholesale business is probably about as close as anyone could get to discovering a perpetual motion machine. That’s how smooth an operation such a business can be. For as soon as a customer orders something from your website, you collect payment and transmit it to the wholesaler who then delivers the chosen items to the consumer and bills you for the wholesale price. Just don’t forget to list your profit margin and shipping charges when you list your prices.

This is a security measure both for you and the money as there is no need for you to pay for the product before it is purchased and paid by the customer. Your work as a retailer entails you to boost, generate and promote sales. The more your sales are, the bigger and better your profit. There is no additional cost for the wholesalers, and so they are only too happy to do business in this manner. You can earn money in the wholesale clothes business and be one among the several entrepreneurs who are minting thousands of dollars in this business by undertaking this trade.

Let’s say you’re just getting started on eBay. You’ve opened up your account and now you’re looking for something to sell. If you’ve already followed our advice to sell the stuff around your house you may be wondering what to sell next. Sure, your attic and closets may be clean, and you’ve gotten rid of the clutter, but now what?

It’s important to recognize that the lifeblood of your ebay business is products. If you don’t have any products to sell, then you don’t have an eBay business. You need products. How would you like an unlimited supply?

If so, the answer is simple – become an eBay Trading Assistant. What is this, you ask? Well in a nutshell, a Trading Assistant is someone who helps other people get their items sold on eBay. So if you have an Aunt Gertrude who wants her old porcelain figurines sold on eBay, she can go to you to get them sold. You take the pictures, you write the titles and descriptions, You do everything to “assist” your Aunt Gertrude to sell.

Now you might do this for free for your dear Aunt Gertrude, but for neighbors, you may choose to charge a certain commission for your time and energy. Or, you could buy the products from them and then resell them yourself.

It’s that simple to have an unlimited supply of products to sell. Everyone has something cluttering up their house that they want to sell. And if you can help them make a quick buck, why wouldn’t they pay you a small portion of that? According to eBay, most people have over $1000 of items just lying around that they could sell. Not only will you help them get started, but you’ll have product (from one person) for many months to come.

Let’s say you do want to be a Trading Assistant. Well, there are two ways to do it. The first way is the “official way.” You do this by registering that you want to be a Trading Assistant on eBay. This allows you to be listed in the eBay Trading Assistant directory. However, before you can join the directory, you need to meet a few requirements. You first must have a feedback score of 100, and 98% of your feedback must be positive. Also, you need to have sold at least 10 items in the previous 3 months. Your eBay account must also be in good standing. For more information on the program, you can go to www.tradingassistant.com

If you don’t meet eBay’s requirements, however, don’t let that discourage you. You can still be a Trading Assistant “unofficially.” eBay can’t stop you from helping other people sell on eBay. The only real difference between being “offical” or “unofficial” is whether or not you can use eBay’s official Trading Assistant logo and be listed in the directory of Trading Assistants (so others can go onto eBay and find you). But regardless of whether you choose to be official or not, it’s always up to you to find who you can help.

A Trading Assistant needs to promote their services in order to find products to sell. You can do this by getting word of mouth buzz happening about you. Make sure that everybody knows what you do. Talk to your friends and neighbors and ask them if they need anything sold on eBay. The more people know about you, the more successful you’ll become. Post flyers. Put an ad in the paper. Whatever you can do to get people aware of you, the better.

There really is no end of products you can sell on eBay. With a little ingenuity, you can be the “go-to” person that takes care of everything eBay related.

Jesse Holmes is an eBay PowerSeller who has been making money on eBay for over 3 years. Before you start to sell on eBay, you need to check out his excellent free eBay Business Start Up Kit, showing you step by step how to learn to sell on eBay.

What if you could have an entire business model handed to you on a silver platter? What if someone handed you a complete system that included a website, a merchant account, as well as millions of customers ready to buy from you? Would you be interested? How much would you pay for this business? Hundreds or thousands of dollars?

Well the good news is that everything I just told you about, you can get for free, right now. It’s all on eBay. eBay is the fastest and easiest way to get your online business up and running. You can start making money online in days, not months. You can have a business built and start selling products online in under 30 minutes.

Maybe you’re still skeptical. Well let me just tell you how huge eBay is. In 2008, over $60 billion dollars in merchandise was bought and sold worldwide. That’s why they call it the world’s largest marketplace, with over 90 million active members. What are the chances that one of those people might want what you’re selling? Every single second of the year, about $2000 is sold. Do you think that eBay is a viable marketplace?

But how can you be a successful seller on eBay? Of the thousands of people that have taken advantage of eBay… only a few have great success. You can hear the stories of internet or eBay millionaires, but it’s only a small percentage of the millions who have tried.

Why is that? The main reason is because the average person goes on eBay and instantly thinks that eBay will make them right overnight. Sorry to tell you, but that’s not how business works. Building a business is a process that requires learning certain skills. You need to know how to provide a great product or service for your customer. The sellers who are making it big online are those who are focused on the customer first.

But don’t think to yourself that the people that are making money on eBay are any different than you, or somehow they’re entitled to it and you’re not. Yes there are things you will need to learn, but remember everyone starts at the beginning and nobody is born an Olympic athlete.

One of the great advantages to selling on eBay is that there is so little risk to get started. You don’t have to hire a dozen employees and rent a warehouse. You don’t have to raise thousands of dollars in capital.

Other than a computer, an internet connection and a digital camera, there isn’t much needed to get started selling on eBay. Of course with time you will need to develop a line of inventory to sell, but if you learn the right way, you can easily cover your inventory costs and keep cash flow moving through your eBay business.

The reason why eBay is such a great opportunity today is because business models are changing. The barriers to start selling online are lower than they’ve ever been. Why wouldn’t you want to start being your own boss? Thousands of people have taken the leap to make money online already, make sure you don’t get left behind.

With everything literally at your fingertips, there’s no excuse. Why don’t you start your own eBay business today? Get away from the skeptics (who never make any money online anyways) and start learning from those who are already successful.

After you’ve sold on eBay for a little while, you need to ask yourself what products you want to sell. Since you can buy and sell almost anything on eBay, there are thousands of options to choose from.

Back just a few short years ago, I was getting started. I didn’t know what I wanted to sell. How did I decide? Well, let me tell you a bit about me. I’m a gadget geek. I know what electronics are going to come out before they do. I watch the gadget blogs. I keep tabs on what Apple is doing, and know when they are going to upgrade their iPhones. It’s a hobby of mine.

It’s an easy step to go from my gadget hobby to finding gadgets to sell on eBay. In fact, some of the first items I sold on eBay were electronics related. I sold a Playstation 2, an old Gameboy, and some computer games. After running out of gadgets to sell, I found an electronics wholesaler and started selling webcams and other computer accessories. Today, we still sell the same types of items.

What are you interested in? What are your hobbies? Think about how you you can use your hobby to your advantage on eBay. Selling what you like will make your research and product buying a whole lot easier. Why? You’ll spend a lot of time researching and talking to suppliers, but it won’t seem like “work” to you. (And, as an added bonus, if you sell what you like, you’ll always have the latest and greatest item you can use for yourself too.)

Let’s say you’re just getting started on eBay and you have an idea. Let’s say that it doesn’t work out the way you hoped. The great thing about eBay is that nothing is set in stone. If you have an idea (or no idea at all) that’s ok. The main thing is to get started. You can always change direction later, but you have to start moving first. Choose an eBay category that you think you can sell in.

Think about an airplane. Often planes take off from runways in the opposite direction of where they want to go. Once the plane is up in the air, then the pilot can make adjustments. The same thing applies for you when starting an online business. Getting your little plane off the ground by selling whatever you can is the first step. Next, once you’ve mastered the take off and basic skills of flying, you can choose which direction you want to go.

The most important thing you can do as a beginner is to just get going. If you choose to travel in too many directions at once, you’ll never get anywhere. Sell stuff around your house. Then once you’ve run out of stuff to sell, think about what you’d like to sell. Just choose something (maybe based on your hobbies) so you have a direction to move in.

Where do I get profitable products? That’s the big question when selling on eBay, and it might seem like the hardest question to answer. Maybe you’ve been frustrated when you have found products from a ‘drop shipper’ and found that the items sell on eBay for less than the ‘wholesale price’ that you could buy them for.

You won’t be in business too long if you sell stuff for less than what you buy it for. You should always have a strategy to buy low and sell high, unless you have a plan to get more from a customer later to offset your initial losses. If you’re a beginner, don’t worry about that… just always sell items for more than what you buy them for.

Don’t get sucked into the ‘drop shipping’ trap. I’ve wasted hours and hours going through every product in a dropshipping catalog to find that none sell profitably on eBay.

To make serious money on eBay you need to analyze what the big guys are doing and see how they are profitably moving inventory. eBay is different then a lot of places due to the nature of the site. People are going there to find a great deal, but there’s much more to it than that.

Let’s say you are looking for something specific. You go on eBay and look around for the best price. Yet, that seller looks untrustworthy. You’ll probably buy from another seller, even if the price is a bit higher because of the “trust” factor.

I know a lot of people who think that if they were just the cheapest price they would be selling more items on eBay, and many unsuccessful people in business think that as well, and that’s why they aren’t in business for long. You’re in business to give a customer an excellent buying experience and a great product, but you’re also in business to make a profit.

So how do you enter a cut-throat competitive marketplace? How do you earn business when it seems like everyone just wants the lowest price?

There are various ways to do this. Because it’s a big step for people to buy from someone they’ve never seen, you need to stand out from the crowd. To get your customer to choose you over your competitor, you need to get their attention. Make sure that you have a great gallery picture to draw your customer away from the price tag. Make sure that your listing has the most relevant keywords in the title. Your goal is to get people to click on your listing, and then from there, you have a better chance of selling to your customer.

Once they land on your listing, yes your feedback has much to do with trust, but also the professionalism of your listing. You need to position yourself in a way that shows you are a trustworthy quality seller who is dedicated to providing the best customer experience.

How do you show that you are a professional seller? Make sure your listing looks good (with a professional template), have clearly defined policies, clear pictures, and a good description that you’ve taken the time to create. Don’t just copy and paste it from somewhere else.

Have you ever tried to buy something on eBay and wondered if the seller is legitimate? Have you wondered whether or not the seller would run away with your money? Now, step back into your shoes as a seller. You don’t want any doubts in the mind of your buyers. Your buyers will be able to tell by how your listing looks whether you are a reputable seller or not. Buyers do business with sellers that they trust.

What people see is what they are going to get. If you can set yourself apart from the other “small time” sellers and model the successful ones, you’ll have a competitive edge to getting started selling on eBay.

So you’ve decided to start an eBay business. That’s great! And as I’ve said many times before, I believe that eBay is the fastest and easiest way to start selling online. No other website has the $60 billion in sales that occurred in 2008.

When you’re just getting started online, it’s important not to be an island. Sure you can run a massively successful eBay business from your home, but you’re going to have to connect with other “real” businesses in order to make the profits you want.

It’s been said that the only way to get what you want in life is to help other people get what they want. You’ve got to remember that your business should be helping your customers and suppliers. Want to know if you’re helping enough people? Check your bank balance. If it’s too low, you’re not helping enough people. It’s easy, really. Help more people, make more money.

So how do you help and connect with people? One main thing you need to do is get out in the community. Make sure you’re seen and people know what you do. Talk with local store owners. Make sure you always have your business cards with you, and give them out whenever you can. Let everyone know that you sell on eBay, not just your firends and family.

The more people you connect with in your community, the more opportunities you’ll have to help them (and for them to help you too!). Start to think about who you could help. Are there small businesses that need to sell their excess inventory? Are there businesses that want to start selling online? What about individuals who want to clear out their attic or sell some antiques? When you start connecting with other people, you’ll see opportunities all around you.

Bottom line: The more connections you have, the more successful you’ll become.

Back when we were getting started on eBay, there’s one main thing that contributed to our early success.

It was in our first year of “business” on eBay, meaning we had spent lots of time and money trying to learn how to start our eBay business but we didn’t actually take any action yet.

(It’s funny that no matter how determined you can be to get started at something, no matter how much you learn, you actually have to get out there before you can have success.)

It didn’t matter that we had the top experts teaching us everything we would ever want to know. The only thing that mattered was the action that we took. Instead of taking action, we were procrastinating.

That’s such a big barrier today with many people looking to get started making money online. Learning about the topic and hearing other people’s success stories gives you the feeling that you’re actually moving forward and making progress towards your ultimate goal, even though you haven’t put in the work necessary to achieve that goal.

How do you break free from just learning and not doing? Let me share with you how we went from $0 to a profitable $3,000 a month eBay business in less than 60 days.

What was it? Well, our mentors created a contest. They said that the first person who could sell $1,000 in one month would win a cash prize.

I’m not saying that entering a contest is going to make you successful. It’s much more than that. It wasn’t about winning the prize or even what we were going to do with the prize money once we won. It was just a goal with a tangible outcome that we believed in and were determined to hit.

So we went for it. We pushed as hard as we could for the contest. We pulled out all the stops. We started selling. We put items up really fast. We did more things that month than the 6 months before. Did we win the contest? No, but what it did was get the ball rolling for something bigger than we could imagine.

We accomplished so much more than we thought possible. We were only a few dollars away from $1,000 in that first month. The next month, we sold $3,000 worth of products. In addition to that, we were turning a profit. To build a money-making system that went from $0 to $3,000 a month only took us 60 days.

So what does this mean for someone just getting started and learning how to sell?

Well, if you’ve been struggling to get an eBay business going, there’s one thing you need to do. Yes, you need to keep researching and learning, but the main thing you need to do is commit. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you truly commit. When you believe that starting an eBay business will change your life and provide you with a passive income in spite of the present economy, nothing will stop you.

It’s not going to happen in an instant. It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. You need to find the proper step by step training by someone who has been there and laid the groundwork for you, and you need to follow them to the letter.

But if you’re looking close, success leaves footprints. If you follow in the footsteps of someone who is already making money online, you’ll be a success too.

Jesse Holmes is an eBay PowerSeller who has been selling on eBay for more than 3 years. Before you start selling on eBay, make sure you check out his excellent free eBay 101 Start Up Kit, showing you step by step how to sell on eBay.

You have probably seen the advertisements on TV and on the Internet about people learning how to make money on eBay. Learning how to sell on eBay is not a get rich scheme. It requires hard work, but probably not as hard as you would have to work with a regular full time job. While you learn how to sell on eBay, don’t quit your day job immediately. This is because it is going to take a little bit of time before your eBay business is making enough money to support your household expenses.

But if you’re looking to make a couple hundred to a few thousand dollars extra per month, it can definitely be done with eBay. One of the advantages to eBay as opposed to working for someone else is that the more you put into eBay, the more you’ll get back in return. Now, learning to sell on eBay can be done in various ways. You could buy a book or a course. Or you could try to learn on your own. While everyone is different, I think the fastest way to sell on eBay is to find a mentor… someone who can show you step-by-step what to do. That’s how I got started.

One of the first things you’ll learn when you’re getting started on eBay is to make sure that you choose the right products to sell. Your eBay business is based on your products, and you should eventually figure out which products sell the best. However, if you’re just getting started and making your first listings, you should just look around the house for items to sell. By getting rid of the clutter around your house, you can gain experience and build your customer service ratings.

How do you research what is selling on eBay? First search eBay for the exact kind of product you have in mind. Are there a lot of people buying this type of product? Are there many auctions up with no bids on any of them? Is the product in high demand? By asking yourself these questions, you’ll have a better idea of what you should sell. You’ll also be a few steps closer to knowing how to sell on eBay properly.

Let’s say you’ve found a particular product that you want to sell. Once you get ready to put it on eBay, think about how you can get the edge over other sellers. What would make someone buy from you instead of the competition? Can you compete on price? On eBay, many buyers are looking for a deal. If you can offer lower prices than your competition, then that helps a lot. However, don’t base your business on price cutting. You want to have good profits left over after you pay your costs and eBay fees. If you keep your profit margins healthy, you’ll be in business for a long time.

While it might take a few months before you get the hang of selling on eBay, you can do it. With a mentor and a plan, you can shorten that learning time significantly. Before you know it, you’ll be making money on eBay. You too will be another eBay success story.

So you want to start a new eBay business! Well, you can build a solid stream of revenue by buying and selling products on this multi-million dollar online auction site. Let’s get you started with the following 5 steps:

Step #1 is to register yourself as a new user on eBay. After you register, you can then watch the multiple tutorials that this site offers. There is also alot of tips and advice offered by current eBay business owners. And, there are help pages available for you to reference so that you can be guided through the site.

Step # 2 in creating an eBay business is to start to get familiar with the listings. The idea here is to get a good understanding of the buying and selling process. Go to categories that you are interested in and check out how they are listing the products and what they are selling those items for. If you take the time in the beginning to do this research it will help you in the long run.

Step #3 in creating an eBay business is for you to decide what it is that you want to sell. The best way to do this is to think about what you enjoy yourself, or what you might already have an expertise in. Think about it this way, you don’t want to sell books if you don’t love books. You need to have a passion for your products. We would all be millionaires if there was an answer to “what’s the best thing to sell?”…there is no one answer. Many powersellers spread there business into a few different niches for the most success. In order for you to be successful, you need to know the competition, how to price your products and have enough of a profit margin to make money. Try different products, different niches and different pricing points to see want works best.

Step #4 – Consider downloading eBay’s free bulk listing tool, Turbo listed or investing into other software designed to help you manage your eBay business. Using these programs, create basic templates which you can use when listing, selling and shipping products sold on the site.

Step #5 – Begin to list and experiment with given pricing strategies to see what works for your given product niche. When you list products, be sure to include your preferred payment terms (Paypal, check, money orders, etc.), shipping and handling charges, estimated shipping time, your return policy, your contact information and as your business grows, you may want to include answers to frequently asked questions to make it easier for browsers to shop within your eBay store or within your listed eBay products. And most importantly, include multiple pictures of your products from all relevant angles to show the bidders exactly what they will be receiving.

Congratulations! You have finished all the steps necessary in creating an eBay business. Now it will take you time to build the business and get it to where you want it to be, but as with any new business time and patience will get you there.
